What is Reiki? – Usui/Holy Fire® Lineage

What is Reiki? Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that helps to improve one’s health and quality of life. Reiki taps into the unlimited supply of “Universal Life Force Energy” to assist in bringing one’s body back into a balanced state for the physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Reiki can be experienced and learned by all. Reiki is not a religion and does not conflict with one’s religious faith. Usui – Reiki Lineage started in Japan in 1922. Holy Fire® was added in 2014 by William Rand.

In May 2016, I received training in the Usui/Holy Fire® Version from William Rand in Glastonbury, England! My Master Ignition was given to me on the sacred grounds of Stonehenge. What an amazing experience! Usui/Holy Fire® has enhanced my Reiki Practice for an improved direct connection to Divine Source.

In addition to providing Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Sessions, I also teach Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki – Level 1, Level 2, and ART/Master Classes.
